Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Aviora AI(“we”, “us”) collects, uses, stores and protects information you share with us through our website avioraai.in (the “Site”) and our services. It is published in compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act, India) and applicable global standards including GDPR principles where relevant.

1. Information we collect

We collect only the information necessary to deliver our services and respond to enquiries:

• Contact details — your name, email address, phone / WhatsApp number, city, and the service you’re interested in, when you submit our contact form or subscribe to our newsletter.
• Project data — content, brand assets, copy briefs, and any business information you share with us during a client engagement, used solely to deliver the work scoped in our proposal.
• Technical data — anonymous usage analytics (page views, device type, country) collected via Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights for the sole purpose of improving Site performance. This data does not include personally identifiable information.
• Newsletter subscribers — your email address and an opaque unsubscribe token, stored in our Supabase database for the sole purpose of delivering newsletter issues you subscribed to.

2. How we use your information

• To respond to enquiries and send you a written proposal.
• To deliver paid services scoped in our signed proposal.
• To send newsletter issues you have subscribed to.
• To improve the Site’s performance and user experience.
• To comply with legal, tax (GST) and accounting obligations.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party.

3. Where we store data

We use the following processors and infrastructure providers, each with their own published privacy commitments:

• Vercel Inc. — Site hosting, analytics, and speed insights.
• Supabase — newsletter subscriber storage (database hosted in their EU/Asia regions).
• Resend — transactional and newsletter email delivery.
• Cal.com — discovery-call scheduling.
• Google Workspace — internal email and document storage for client communications.

4. Your rights

You have the following rights with respect to your personal data:

• Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Correction — ask us to correct inaccurate data.
• Deletion — ask us to delete your data, subject to legal retention requirements (e.g., GST invoices retained for 8 years).
• Withdrawal of consent — unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in every email, or by emailing us.
• Grievance — raise a complaint about how your data is handled.

To exercise any of these rights, email ishan@avioraai.in with the subject line “Privacy Request”. We aim to respond within seven business days.

5. Cookies and analytics

We use Vercel Analytics, which is privacy-friendly and does not require a cookie banner (it does not use cookies that track users across sites). We do not currently use third-party advertising cookies.

6. Security

We use industry-standard security measures (HTTPS / TLS in transit, encrypted databases at rest, scoped service-account credentials, two-factor authentication on internal accounts) to protect your data. No system is 100 % secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security; we will notify affected users of any material breach as required by law.

7. Children

Our services are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, please contact us and we will delete it.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our practices evolve. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated to active newsletter subscribers and clients.
